A.I.M Therapy

“AIM Higher. Heal Deeper. Live Fuller”

At AIM Therapy, we believe healing begins with showing up as you are. Your stories, your struggles, your hopes, and your strengths are not only welcome here, they are celebrated. Together we’ll create a space where you can seek clarity, find connection, and move towards healing at your own pace.

Ayan Mohamed

As a Black Muslim woman and the daughter of immigrants, I know a little thing about moving through spaces where you might feel a little different. My identity shapes how I show up as a therapist: with complete empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story and intersecting identities.

With a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, I’ve worked in community-centered spaces focused on recovery, resilience, and healing from trauma. In my therapeutic practice, I support clients in navigating the complexities of being human, with all its layered experiences, identities, and emotions that come with it.

Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about building a relationship rooted in trust, honesty, and care where you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. I believe real healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up fully, even when things feel messy or uncertain. My approach is collaborative and down to earth. We’ll talk, reflect, laugh if it feels right, and dig into what’s really going on beneath the surface. If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk beside you, not ahead or behind, and help you move toward clarity, confidence, and growth, I’d love to be that person for you.

This is a space where you can bring your whole self. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you and work toward the life you want to build.
